A couple of weeks ago, health care reform passed, giving a huge boost to Obama and punch to the gut to Republicans, who complained and did everything in their power to delay or scuttle the bill.
No One Should Be Surprised.
It is ironic that in the 1930's these were the same people who were opposed to Social Security, and now many people over 65 cant live without it. It is ironic that these were the same people who opposed Medicare (Hear that Tea Party Activists?) and said this reform would destroy Medicare. It is very ironic. Now that these people are howling mad, they are considering everything to derail the bill. How ironic.
